The Chairman of the XBN gave a speech at the Beijing Cross-border E-commerce Forum

On May 30th Cross-border E-commerce Forum was held in Beijing China National Convention Center. I was organized by Ministry of Commerce of the Peoples Republic of China in cooperation with Beijing Municipal People's Government. The Chairman of the XBN Cross-border E-commerce Platform Ms. Xu Danxia participated in the event and delivered a great speech on the topic.

During the meeting, XBN chairman Xu Danxia presented her lecture, entitled  "Cross-border E-commerce as a Power to Open New Export Channels", in which she shared information about recent years growth rate in global retail and opportunities for the future development, analysis of the current Cross-border E-commerce services and relevant issues requiring a solution. In addition to that, she summarized information about current XBN services including supply chain, overseas warehouse, PaaS, and SaaS technologies; made a thorough two-level (horizontal and vertical) analysis on how exporting enterprises can decrease costs and increase efficiency.

In the future XBN is going to realize multi-channel integration and development, to stimulate Chinese products' exports and at the same time provide its services globally for the products of different countries. Besides that, the company is planning to proceed with the optimization and combined development of supply chain elements in different countries; to expand into more market, to provide services for more countries and to achieve networking development, with a commitment to become multi-dimensional comprehensive services provider in the sphere of China's import and export trade.

There were a total of six signing ceremonies on site, which set up the creation of the new Comprehensive Experimental Zone of the Cross-border E-commerce. Two of them was the signing of the strategic cooperation agreement between XBN and Wirecard AG; between XBN and Jiangsu Fenghai New Energy Seawater Desalination Development Co., Ltd.

This session of the Beijing fair had been going until the 1st of June and had over a hundred local forums and negotiation activities.
